About the Show
Wonka Kids is a whimsical and heartwarming adventure filled with colorful characters and sweet surprises. When mysterious candy-maker Willy Wonka opens the gates to his magical chocolate factory, five lucky Golden Ticket winners—including the kind-hearted Charlie Bucket—get the chance of a lifetime. Along the way, the children face imaginative (and often hilarious) challenges that reveal their true characters. As the tour winds through chocolate rivers, nut-sorting rooms, and bubble elevators, the story reminds us of the power of kindness, honesty, and being true to oneself—even in a world full of temptation.
This is an all-ages-friendly show; however, it runs approximately 2 hours with an intermission. We recommend it for children who are comfortable sitting through a production of this length.
