This year’s Mobile Food Rodeo includes, among other things, 35 food trucks on-site, and, in honor of cinco de mayo, a taco libre truck showdown, with five taco trucks, margarita bar, mariachi and so much more! Five taco trucks will showcase five signature tacos. (Note, some of these trucks will be in the beer 21-plus beer garden.)
Hosted by Seattle’s own DJ Swervewon with a live music performance by Mariachi Guadalajara De Seattle (3-5pm) and Darigold’s Dariachi band playing throughout the festival.
All proceeds from the beer garden benefit One Reel, Producers of Bumbershoot.
