Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is hosting the 2025 Lakesgiving celebration. The event will feature a holiday buffet served in the resort’s Lakeside Ballroom featuring unobstructed water views.
The festive “Lakesgiving” menu will feature a variety of starter options including a soup station with pumpkin bisque and lobster bisque, as well as salad selections like an autumn cousous salad with delicata squash and a sweet onion vinaigrette. Diners can enjoy a fresh seafood bar with poached shrimp, crab, and ahi tuna poke shooters, as well as a grazing table with an assortment of local cheeses and cured meats.
Entrée selections will include a black garlic butter basted crusted prime rib, a brown sugar and chipotle glazed ham, and an herb butter basted turkey. The buffet will also offer several traditional holiday side dishes including smoked gouda and chive whipped potatoes, sweet potato casserole pecan and brown sugar streusel, herb stuffing, and maple Dijon roasted carrots. A selection of mini pumpkin pies and sweets will be available for dessert.
“Lakesgiving” will also include a special section for children. It will include a fresh fruit salad, cheese and pepperoni pizza, macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, french fries, mini apple cider donuts and more.
