Join us for an exciting Earth Day celebration hosted by Pierce County Parks and Pierce County Planning & Public Works! Save the date for Saturday, April 18, from 11 AM to 2 PM at Meridian Habitat Park. This free event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors while participating in a variety of free demonstrations, engaging nature activities, and fun games suitable for all ages. It's a day filled with fun and learning as we come together to appreciate the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Explore the nature trail and outdoor classroom, guided by local experts and partners who will share their knowledge and passion for the environment. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and celebrate our planet in a meaningful way!

This free outdoor event is open to all ages and features:

-Live nature demonstrations led by local experts and community partners
-Guided exploration of the park's nature trail and outdoor classroom
-Nature-based activities and games for the whole family
-An opportunity to connect with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest
