To get started, Mama Shelley recommends using bananas that are ripe, but not overripe, and sticking the popsicle stick into the bottom before placing your fruits in the freezer for an hour. For toppings, Shelley says her little ones love using nuts, toffee, peanuts, coconut and Smucker's Magic Shell dipping chocolate.
