Celebrate the longest day of the year and the official start of summer with this workshop. We will learn about the origin of the seasons, how the sun’s absence or presence impacts the lives of plants, and how to use the sun’s apparent movement to tell time. Kids will construct their own sundials to use all summer long – when the sun’s out! This workshop is suitable for kids in kindergarten and older.
