16th Annual Northwest Jump Rope Workshop
Awesome instructors from around the US and Canada will provide top-level instruction. The workshop will include teaching the basics to beginners as well as helping intermediate and advanced jumpers learn new tricks. Instruction will include single rope freestyle, partner skills, Chinese wheel, double dutch and long rope. We recommend jumpers be 1st grade or older for half-day workshop and 3rd grade or older for the all-day workshop.
