Water’s Table at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is providing a delicious waterfront Thanksgiving dining experience.
The restaurant will offer breakfast between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m., dinner between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and bar seating until 10 p.m. The restaurant’s a la carte specials will include a roasted squash salad with pepita brittle, kale and a walnut vinaigrette, a stuffed spaghetti squash with mushrooms, a turkey ballotine with potato puree and green beans, and more.
For parties of four or more, Water’s Table will also offer a prix-fixe family-style dining option for the holiday. The meal begins with an assortment of house made bread served with maître d’ butter, followed a main course choice of a turkey ballontine, braised short rib, or stuffed spaghetti squash. Diners will be able to select three traditional side dishes to accompany their meal including herb sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, candied yams, mac and cheese, autumn succotash, and potato puree. This option is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity.
