FIT4MOM finds strength in motherhood through a wide variety of fitness options tailored to moms’ needs. The result, say participants? A stronger body and a stronger community.
Finalists
Birth Matters NW returns as a Golden Teddy finalist, which isn’t a surprise when you consider the life-changing impact of this Eastside darling. Services offered include birth classes, doulas and placenta encapsulation (yep).
A licensed massage practitioner (LMP), Ishell Neville is also a birth doula. “Whether you are looking for support during pregnancy, help with chronic shoulder tension, a break from painful menses or maybe just some time on the table to relax and recharge, I can provide you with the care you deserve,” Neville says.
With a reach that extends from Redmond to Issaquah, and from Renton to Kirkland, Belly to Babies provides doula services from pregnancy, labor through postpartum. The goal? To “define your priorities and support your journey to becoming parents.”
Meet Michelle Noble, the woman behind The Calmer Mom Project. Based in Edmonds, Noble offers online, one-on-one and group sessions to strengthen your mom-itude. “A session with Michelle is like a relaxing vacation,” raves a mother of two teens.
