Celebrate the holidays with a delicious holiday meal at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington’s signature restaurant, Waters Table.
The holiday meal will be available on Thursday, December 25 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. The menu will provide dishes available a la carte, and a “Family Gathering” menu.
The “Family Gathering” option is available for parties of four people and more. It includes an entrée option of a duck breast served with braised apple, prime rib with herb jus, or a mushroom ravioli with shaved truffles. Tables can also select their choice of the family-style side dishes including green bean casserole, candied yams, macaroni & cheese, and more.
The restaurant will also serve its current menu a la carte with options ranging from a vegan risotto with seasonal squash and foraged mushrooms and a Mad Hatcher half chicken served with autumnal succotash to the “piecaken” dessert which layers pumpkin, pecan, and apple flavors into one indulgent cake.
