Our Annual Community Event and “Fun-Raiser,” happens every fall at the turning of the autumn solstice. We celebrate this special time of year with families and young children, alongside community friends and partners.
All proceed donations from our Harvest Festival go directly toward the Greenplay Northwest Scholarship Fund. This fund helps connect young children in need to the benefits of nature by assisting with tuition and outdoor gear costs for our early learning education programs. We are currently looking for sponsors and donors to help support our low income families. Please let us know how you’d like to be involved or you can donate directly through our website:
We suggest a $15/family donation or ‘pay as you will’ – every donation helps us to serve more children in our community. Our favorite activities include: Apple cider pressing, eco face-painting, s’mores around the fire pit, free organic soups, free harvest muffins and baked goods, caramel apples, forest play and nature-crafting, strolling musicians, farm animals for snuggling, storytelling in the meadow, and more!
