We'll celebrate the opening of You, Me & Everything Between Us in the gallery, curated by Fresh Perspectives youth, and Totem Star’s End of Summer Kickback Showcase featuring local youth artists and community arts organizations will light up the plaza as summer comes to a close.
Gallery Activities:
Fill out a BINGO handout for the You, Me & Everything Between Us exhibit! Prizes include candy from the hidden candy jar. Blackouts get a private tour of the exhibit with a curator!
Deepen your experience of the exhibition with drawing and writing prompts inviting further reflection.

Live performances, community tabling, and opportunities for connection and collaboration among artists, youth, and community partners at Totem Star's End of Summer Kickback Showcase.
You, Me & Everything Between Us is the culmination of Fresh Perspectives, our intensive summer program that offers a deep dive into the world of arts curation and administration to young adults/youth, many of whom identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent. All pieces in the exhibition were selected by the cohort of young curators. Fresh Perspectives 2025 is led by teaching artist Janet Miller and made up of 10 teen curators: Billie, Giselle, Sammy, Mae, Cameron, Bowie, Bryan, Nico, Max, and Bunni.
