In this class, you’ll learn how to:
Regulate your nervous system and reduce stress
Restore emotional balance and resilience
Reconnect with yourself — even in the busiest moments
Join a supportive community of mothers navigating similar challenges

When: Tuesdays at 12pm Pacific
