Woo Woo… it’s WUI Day. Did you know that portions of Bellevue are within the “Wildland Urban Interface” (aka, the W.U.I.)? Join representatives of the Bellevue Fire Department and Bellevue Parks & Community Services to learn more about the WUI and explore simple changes to make your property more defensible. Being good stewards of our yards can help reduce the severity of wildfires and make them safer to fight when they do occur. Plus, everyone likes to see a fire engine up close!
