Join ParentMap for a special film screening plus live Q&A of the groundbreaking IndieFlix documentary "Angst".

This exclusive film explores anxiety, its causes and effects and what we can do about it. "Angstfeatures interviews with kids and young adults who have experienced anxiety and what they’ve learned, including Olympic gold-medalist Michael Phelps.

The film also includes insight from mental health experts and presents their research on what causes anxiety and its sociological effects. 

Hear about anxiety from a peer-to-peer standpoint that is intimate, honest and accessible. Following the film, a panelist of local experts will lead an engaging Q&A with the audience.

Teens and tweens are welcome to attend; recommended for ages 12 and up.
