- Hands-On History: Eastside Heritage Center hosts a Mini-Museum with artifact demonstration, free hands-on activities that include corn grinding, time capsule making, cow milking and new this year, Japanese kit making.
- Exhibited for 2017: 100th Year Anniversary of the Lowering of Lake Washington and 75th Anniversary of Executive Order 9066 that sent Japanese-Americans to incarceration camps during WWII.
- Classic Auto Show: Sunday only from 10:00am-3:00pm in the parking lot off NE 8th Street of the Festival.
- Touch-a-Truck Event: Saturday only from 11:00am-6:00pm in the parking lot off NE 8th Street of the Festival.
- Festival Passport: A tour of the Festival that includes free activities that can be completed and turned in for a prize from the Festival Passport Sponsor.
- FREE Health Screenings (New This Year): Provided by the Bellevue Lions Club, they will be providing free health screenings for vision, hearing, diabetes, glaucoma and blood pressure. Their Health Screening Truck will be in the parking lot of NE 8th Street of the Festival.
