(Age 3+) The Regence Mobile Teaching Kitchen is going on tour!
Sign up today for a free healthy heart cooking demo in this unique classroom located inside our culinary teaching trailer. Participants will have the chance to listen to and watch our chefs cook a heart-healthy meal, ask questions, and take a step inside the Regence Mobile Teaching kitchen. Recipes include Italian lentil meatballs, whole wheat pancakes, strawberry compote among others. Participants will receive a gift bag and a custom apron. Demos are presented by The American Heart Association and Safeway.
