Learning from history: how understanding the past can support powerful educational advocacy
SESEC will examine concrete examples of site-based mismanagement in individual schools to illustrate how to apply root cause analysis to advocacy issues. We outline how advocates can work toward a real fix rather than just alleviating symptoms. We will also discuss the Left to Chance Report and the implications of the research in SPS today.
The teach in will be presented by Director of Policy and Advocacy, Vivian van Gelder.
