The Mobile Teaching Kitchen is a custom-built, 26-foot trailer featuring room for a group of people to prepare and cook a variety of foods. It was dedicated in March last year and is now used to host virtual cooking classes. Sponsoring the Mobile Teaching Kitchen is part of Regence BlueShield’s long legacy of giving back to the communities of Tacoma and Pierce County.
