Love is the foundation to a secure child who grows into a giving, loving adult.
We all love our children! Join us as Jenn McDonough, Early Middle School and Middle School Division Head at The Bear Creek School, uncovers new strategies to assist your child in successful learning and discipline. Learn how to recognize and speak your child’s primary love language as well as the four other common love languages, so you can better demonstrate your love for him or her.
Intended audience: parents with children in preschool through grade 6.
Jenn McDonough’s experience in education includes teaching grades 1 – 8 in addition to working as a school administrator. Jenn began teaching at Bear Creek in 1999; she is passionate about the mission of the school and believes combining classical education from a Christian worldview in a nurturing environment with incredible faculty is how education ought to be done. Jenn's four children are Bear Creek students or graduates. She holds a B.A. Education from Northwest University.
Tools for Success is a seminar series at which Bear Creek faculty speak on a variety of parenting and academic topics. These sessions focus on subjects ranging from preschool to college planning.
