OWL (Offer of Wise-Minded Learning): Family Lore Book
Writing your family’s history
Of course you aren’t really going to write a book (although you could…), but ask your family members over dinner one night what they would include in a family lore book. What are the best, worst, funniest, proudest, scariest and most unique moments in your family’s life together…so far? You may learn something! Try not to argue about accuracy. In fact, a ground rule should be that everyone’s “different” angles on the story will admissible. Maybe grandparents could be included to spice things up. And don’t forget to interview your pets.
